The OMG girls helped make Tamales this past weekend. Oralva, Maisal and Geraldine were playing catch up from a full semester of college over spreading masa and rolling tamales for a couple of hours!! We had a blast making the tamales. The only trouble we are finding is cooking them. We can not figure out how Daniel's mom got them cooked perfectly every time. Oh well, after a lot of hours of cooking they are done and ready to eat!! They are really good! Maybe next time we will get them right!! :)
